Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Grants Support Officer (AO6) to contribute to critical funding programs and operational activities during a busy period.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys making a tangible impact through their work.

About the Role
  • Assess applications and make informed decisions in line with funding guidelines.
  • Manage workflows, including service agreements, renewals, claims, and adjustments.
  • Review and evaluate agreements, records, and related documentation.
  • Assist with payment processing and ensure compliance with financial and governance requirements.
  • Prepare professional written materials such as reports, briefing notes, and correspondence.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and potentially assist with hotline inquiries.
  • Contribute to additional tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to:

A background in grants administration, financial management, or a related field will be highly regarded. The salary for this position is approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
