About the Role

This position will be located near the Brisbane CBD, making it easily accessible via public transport and parking options.

The role involves a mix of customer-facing duties, data management, and administrative tasks related to grant processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process grant applications according to departmental policies and funding requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of grant applications, approvals, and funding distributions.
  • Coordinate communication with applicants, providing guidance on submission requirements and timelines.
  • Monitor grant compliance and reporting requirements, ensuring timely submission of necessary documentation.
About You

We are seeking flexible candidates who can adapt to working hours between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous experience in grants management, processing, or administration is preferred but not essential.
