Job Title: Home Healthcare Nurse
">We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Healthcare Nurse to join our team. As a Home Healthcare Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their homes, providing personalized care and support.
">About the Role:
">Our Home Healthcare Nurses provide medical care to children, youth, adults, and seniors in their homes across Nova Scotia. Responsibilities include:
">- Diabetes management">
- Dialysis">
- Medication management">
- Palliative care">
- Phlebotomy">
- Wound care, including negative pressure wound therapy and complex wounds">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful as a Home Healthcare Nurse, you must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the province of practice. Experience in community health is an asset. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is required. You must also be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
