Home Healthcare Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to provide high-quality care to older adults in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct clinical nursing care to clients in line with best practice nursing procedures
- Conduct clinical assessments, dressings, medication assessment, and catheter changing
- Develop a holistic nursing care plan in collaboration with the client, carer, and healthcare professionals
- Liaise with all parties involved in the client's care to maintain overall health and wellbeing
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
- Current registration as a Nurse following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification
- Minimum 3 years postgraduate experience in nursing
- Experience in clinical assessments
- Initiative and the ability to work independently
- Competitive hourly pay rate and reimbursement for kilometres travelled
- No shift work - Working hours between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
