We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people by providing direct clinical nursing care in their homes.

About the Role
  • Deliver high-quality person-centred care to older adults with mental health challenges, chronic conditions, and complex needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide early intervention, health education, and recovery-focused support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, including medication reviews and catheter changing.
  • Develop holistic nursing care plans with clients, carers, and Allied health professionals.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
  • Current AHPRA registration, Bachelor of Nursing or similar degree.
  • Minimum 3 years post-graduate nursing experience.
  • Experience in clinical assessments and initiatives.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A NSW Drivers license and reliable vehicle.
