Home Healthcare Nurse Specialist

Our organization is seeking a Home Healthcare Nurse Specialist to provide essential care and treatment services in patients' homes. As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for administering medications, performing IV cannulation, subcutaneous, and intramuscular injections, collecting blood samples, and monitoring ECGs and vital signs.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer medication treatments with precision and care in a home setting.
- Perform cannulation procedures, including subcutaneous and intramuscular injections with confidence and skill.
- Collect and process blood samples with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Monitor patient ECGs and vital signs to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) is mandatory.
- Experience in administering IV medication and performing other invasive medical procedures is essential.
- A current CPR certificate is also required.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and adherence to best practices is crucial.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Flexibility to work standard business hours Monday through Friday is required.
