Job Opportunity: Car Park Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our airport parking operation at Sunshine Coast Airport as a skilled Car Park Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to stakeholders, providing quality support and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Lead a small car park team through day-to-day operations and procedures, driving success and excellence.
  • Manage curb-side and ground transport areas of the airport, maintaining safety and efficiency.
  • Develop and manage rosters to meet the car park's needs, optimizing productivity and resource allocation.
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and communications, resolving issues and improving satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients and contractors, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Identify and recruit talented individuals, training them to excel in their roles and contribute to team success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail environment, providing customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Leadership experience in staff and/or teams, with a track record of delivering results and improving performance.
  • A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • The willingness to learn and grow with the organization, embracing new challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills, with proficiency in Email communication, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • A valid Full Driver's licence, with excellent driving skills and a clean driving record.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia, with the right to live and work in the country without restriction.
