About the Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing and driving the company's business operations in a specific region. As a Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, leading a team of store managers and staff, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple locations.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities. They will also be able to analyze data to identify opportunities for business growth and develop effective marketing initiatives to promote the company's products.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability within the assigned region.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of store managers and staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Drive brand awareness and promote the company's products through effective marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
