Fleet maintenance professionals play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and safety of equipment.

The Maintenance Scheduler role is responsible for coordinating and planning all fleet maintenance activities, championing change management, and working with stakeholders to streamline processes and procedures concerning fleet maintenance bookings.

This position reports into a Team Leader - Maintenance Schedulers and contributes to building a collaborative and dynamic team culture focused on group success.

You will take ownership of your portfolio and drive positive outcomes by building strong relationships with internal customers, planning and managing service bookings, engaging with third-party maintenance providers, and contributing to change management planning and new systems/processes rollout.

To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in an internal fleet maintenance or management role, demonstrated ability to build relationships, adaptability to change, and a self-starter mindset.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of fleet maintenance principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In addition, you will be required to possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
