As a key player in our organization, you will oversee the maintenance and coordination of our tinting equipment.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for ensuring minimal downtime and extending the service life of our equipment by working closely with our stores team and external service providers
  • Develop, plan, and execute service strategies that align with business objectives and facilitate growth
  • Manage national-level services to deliver exceptional results and enhance overall capability across our network
  • Maintain a comprehensive service history of all tinting equipment within our network
  • Collaborate with the National Equipment Service and Supply Manager to deliver services and projects
  • Ensure all service and repair operations meet necessary health and safety requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in machine servicing networks or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of service scheduling and equipment life cycles
  • Experience with service scheduling software or CRM platforms
  • Practical knowledge of machine, equipment, or automotive servicing highly desirable
  • Possible knowledge of Tint Equipment and repair systems
