Laverton Office Location | Full-Time Permanent Role
**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised professional to provide accurate and timely services to our customers and technicians.
As a key member of our Operations Support team, you will develop strong relationships with our customers and ensure service requests and activities are coordinated efficiently.
- Key liaison with Operations Leaders and Site Technicians
- Managing customer service requests & enquiries.
- Coordinate service requests to technicians and parts allocation.
- Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers.
- Coordinate scheduled preventative servicing and maintenance.
This role will be on-site at Laverton, **Monday to Friday**.
**Key Qualifications:**
- Previous experience working within a heavy machinery or equipment industry.
- Experience within an administration / coordination position.
- Ability to prioritise, organise and complete work within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with customers, colleagues, and leaders.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and MS Suite knowledge.
