About the role

This position requires an enthusiastic team player with previous experience in a café or food services setting to deliver exceptional customer service and cater to the diverse needs of residents, families, and friends.

  • Serving food and refreshments while ensuring awareness of special dietary requirements.
  • Preparing, presenting, and serving food in an appealing manner that meets high-quality visual standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • A valid Food Safety Certificate (Level I) or progression towards completion is required.
  • Previous experience working in aged care or similar environments is highly regarded.
