Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our members, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and handling queries with professionalism and poise.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding results. You will be required to work efficiently, prioritize tasks, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

About the Role- Greet and serve customers at the front desk and café
- Answer calls, handle queries, listen to complaints, and direct members to the relevant manager if needed
- Use computer systems to look up member details, create access key tags, process purchases, and assist with class bookings
- Maintain cleanliness of the reception and café areas, stock shelves, and display apparel properly
