**Project Development Specialist**


As a Project Development Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will lead project delivery phases for multiple projects in accordance with valid contracts.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and manage project resources to ensure work is performed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement schedules for the timely production and delivery of products to project sites.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, including financial position, progress, technical issues, and commercial matters.
  • Conduct root cause investigations and provide feedback for error rectification and continuous improvement opportunities.

**Requirements:**


Qualifications and Skills:
  • A qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years experience in project management or similar background within the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated contract management experience.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience forecasting and controlling project budgets.
  • Advanced knowledge of product drawings and ability to interpret them.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Australian Standards and key construction techniques.
  • Strong reasoning and decision-making skills.
