Geriatric Healthcare Project Coordinator

As a Clinical Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate state-wide strategic initiatives focused on aged care and disability programs. Your role involves managing complex projects related to the development and implementation of the Geriatric Outreach Service with Local Health Networks (LHN). You will provide expert advice to government agencies as required.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement state-wide strategic initiatives and reform projects related to aged care and disability programs.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of the Geriatric Outreach Service with Local Health Networks (LHN).
- Contribute as an integral team member of the Integrated Care Systems Directorate.
- A postgraduate degree in a relevant field or significant experience in a similar role is essential.
- Proven project management skills with expertise in leading cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with government policies and procedures is highly desirable.
