Job Title: Health Project Coordinator
Adelaide Primary Health Network (APHN) aims to improve the health and wellbeing of the Adelaide community by coordinating and integrating health and community services.
Our vision is 'shaping the health system to deliver better outcomes for vulnerable people, and a healthier Adelaide'.
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled coordinator to lead local projects that enhance immunisation and screening rates.
- Develop and implement targeted initiatives in collaboration with primary healthcare providers, Residential Aged Care facilities, and regional stakeholders.
- Maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders delivering immunisation and health screening programs and services.
- Design engagement, education, and communication strategies to support high-quality immunisation and health screening programs/services.
This role requires an individual who is passionate about improving health outcomes and possesses strong project management skills.
Requirements:- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health-related field and/or extensive experience in health project management.
- Proven ability to manage projects effectively, including planning, monitoring, and delivery to outcome.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement.
