We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freight Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position responsible for the day-to-day planning and coordination of our fleet and drivers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate all loading/unloading of company and subcontractor vehicles in an efficient manner.
  • Schedule and position company trailing equipment.
  • Manage customer bookings and service support.
  • Maintain effective communication across drivers and customers.
  • Review, sign off and data entry of driver run sheets.
  • Manage vehicle documentation and ensure compliance requirements are met.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in allocating and scheduling construction/heavy haulage equipment is preferred.
  • Strong commitment to Safety and demonstrated positive safety leadership.
  • Intermediate computer and data entry skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously or within a team environment.

**Benefits:

- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $150,000 per year
