Job Overview

Mission Aviation Fellowship is a non-profit organisation that uses aviation and technology to bring help, hope and healing to isolated people in need.

As Deputy Programme Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day flight and ground support operations, managing fuel, freight and flight bookings, leading and mentoring an operations team, and collaborating across teams to meet mission goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee flight and ground support operations, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of daily tasks.
