About the Role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Bras N Things Melbourne Central Store.

This is a full-time position at 38 hours/week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example by creating memorable, honest, and empowering customer connections
  • Assist in the training and development of your team to help deliver on store budgets and KPIs
  • Previous experience with the execution of Visual Merchandising in-store
  • Manage high stock volumes; happy to get hands dirty when it comes to processing deliveries
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad-hoc tasks as required
