Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Solutions Designer to join our team. This role involves creating innovative software solutions to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, understand customer needs, and design technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-level and detailed solution designs, including architecture, standards, and comprehensive documentation.
  • Assess and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and patterns aligned with MSS capabilities and Federal Government requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery aligned with design intent.


Requirements:
  • Broad IT Knowledge: Strong understanding of software, infrastructure, and current technologies.
  • Technical Solutioning: Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and author responses to market tenders.
  • Development Methodologies: Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and other software development approaches.
  • Strong Communication & Analysis: Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
