Opportunity for Technical Solutioning Expert

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Solution Designer to create innovative software solutions that solve customers' unique problems within the Federal Government space.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs
  • Designing and documenting software solutions, including architecture, standards, and comprehensive documentation
  • Selecting and recommending technologies, platforms, and patterns aligned with MSS capabilities and Federal Government requirements
  • Supporting implementation and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Ensuring quality, security, and improvement of delivered solutions

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and experience:

  • Broad IT knowledge, including software, infrastructure, and current technologies
  • Technical solutioning skills, including the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Development methodologies experience, including Agile, Waterfall, and other software development approaches
  • Strong communication and analysis skills, including excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices, as well as the ability to prepare solution estimates, including identifying risks and dependencies
