Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the coordination and delivery of our open space and property projects. This role will be responsible for ensuring that works are completed on time, to a high standard, and meet the needs of our community.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage construction projects from initiation through to completion, including procurement, contract management, and delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to achieve positive outcomes. Develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Requirements:
Candidates must demonstrate knowledge and experience in all stages of construction project delivery, including initiation, procurement, contract management, and delivery. They should have strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. A proactive, solutions-focused approach is essential, as well as the confidence to take ownership of assigned projects.
