Our team covers Australia and New Zealand, providing end-to-end solutions including voice, data, and video technologies for the public safety and energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

You will provide technical support for radio configuration, customer meetings, verification testing, and updating test plans. Technologies may include TETRA and DMR.

  • Supporting customer technical requirements with a team of specialists.
  • Developing and managing codeplugs, updating documentation.
  • Reviewing and summarizing new software and firmware releases for customers.
  • Conducting regression testing for firmware updates.
  • Providing technical support to stakeholders.
  • Engaging in stakeholder meetings to discuss configuration impacts.
  • Managing a standardized process for codeplug development and testing.
  • Handling customer issues related to subscriber radio configuration.
  • Managing deployment of codeplug updates post-approval.
  • Maintaining software tools and servers to support the latest versions.
  • Following operational procedures and logging all contacts accurately.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Electronics or Computer Systems Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience with Land Mobile Radio systems, especially Motorola ASTRO P25.

Familiarity with software/firmware testing, codeplug management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. In-depth knowledge of Motorola radio systems and experience in operations environments is highly desirable.
