We are seeking a dedicated Finance Administrator to support our project-based finance operations in Brisbane on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will process all creditor invoices related to job and general ledger purchases, ensuring timely entry and coding of invoices for all divisions.
  • They will allocate expenses accurately to relevant jobs/servers in MYOB for project costing, reconciling and processing travel expenses including flights and accommodation.
  • Liaising with project managers and internal teams is essential to verify invoice allocations and approvals.
  • The role also involves assisting with end-of-month reporting and cost tracking as required.
About You
  • A proven track record in Accounts Payable or Finance Administration, ideally in mining, construction, or project services.
  • Experience using MYOB or similar accounting software is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be able to manage multiple cost centres or jobs, and possess good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced finance team is essential.
