About The Role The Finance Officer assists the School Leadership Team with a wide variety of financial and administrative functions to support the financial operations of the school.
Under the direction of the Principal, this position coordinates financial administration activities and provides support to ensure the school delivers on key reporting deadlines.
This is a diverse role where you will have the platform to showcase your financial knowledge and organisational skills.
You will work closely with Support Accountants, School Leadership Administration Team, Staff, Parents and Vendors.
About You To succeed in this role you will demonstrate: Initiative and attention to detail Effective communication dealing with various stakeholders Highly organised Sound judgement, confidentiality and discretion Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel BCE finance system - Microsoft Dynamics D365 - experience advantageous but not essential Example of typical dutiesreconciliation of accountscashier and banking dutiesdata entryreport preparationgeneral administration functions Eligibility Eligibility to work within Australia for the period of this appointment Currently hold or ability to obtain Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement BCE benefits: Stronger connections today.
