We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to lead our marketing efforts.

This role will be responsible for defining and executing the growth strategy across both acquisition and retention, with a focus on delivering cost-effective KPIs.

The successful candidate will have a passion for thinking outside the box, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of how to optimise a sales funnel or online conversion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conceiving and delivering the overarching Acquisition & Retention Marketing strategy
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal teams
  • Designing and delivering reporting dashboards that serve the needs of the Marketing team
  • Optimising customer journey and collaborating with the dev team to enhance the customer experience
  • Tracking and monitoring key metric performance and suggesting improvements where relevant
  • Conceiving and delivering ongoing optimisation strategies for both BAU and campaign activity

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • At least 3-5 years' experience in marketing
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and analyse data
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience in digital marketing platforms, Google Analytics, CRM & Salesforce
