This position plays a key part in facilitating and enhancing the Mirvac funds management platform to drive consistency, efficiency, automation, and operational best practice.

The primary responsibilities of this role include coordinating committee reporting, compliance, governance, maintaining policies and procedures, systems, and day-to-day operational matters. It is crucial to work closely with colleagues to achieve timely and accurate delivery of outcomes.

Key tasks and responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Coordinate and compile quarterly joint venture committee meetings and papers, complete minutes, and action items, ensuring efficient and timely joint venture reporting.">
  3. Prepare and dispatch quarterly other Funds Management related committee and Board papers, complete minutes, and action items.">
  4. Support the Wholesale Investor relations team with the registry function by reviewing requests, correspondence, and other documents to and from the external registry and conducting vendor management activities.">
  5. Maintain and review various registers, structure diagrams, edit and refine presentations, and participate in quarterly review programs.">
  6. Assist in the onboarding of new funds, including administrative setup, liaising with stakeholders, preparing business briefings, managing obligation registers, and setting up reporting requirements.">
  7. Maintain a register of Funds Management policies, Delegations of Authority, charters, and procedures, and coordinate their review and approval process.">
  8. Draft communications for the Funds Management division and maintain the communications register.">
