Job Description:

We are seeking a Fund Finance Specialist to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our funds. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing fund accounts, preparing periodic reports and regulatory reports, coordinating investor servicing activities, and supporting senior officers and managers.

About the Role:
  • Managing fund accounts and ensuring accurate financial statements;
  • Preparing periodic reports and regulatory reports for the fund entities;
  • Coordinating investor on-boarding, capital calls, distributions, and shareholder statements;
  • Supporting senior officers and managers in delivering quality work to clients;
  • Proactively taking on additional responsibilities and tasks as required by senior officers, managers, or clients.
About You:
  • Strong academic background;
  • Newly qualified or partially qualified Accountant (e.g. CPA/ACCA/CPAA/AICPA/CIMA/ACA);
  • Prior knowledge or experience in financial services, especially with alternative investment funds (including Private Equity and Real Estate funds), is desirable;
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English;
  • You possess team spirit with the ability to work independently using your own initiative when appropriate;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • You are mature and detail-oriented;
  • High level of IT literacy with strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word;
  • Knowledge of eFront and Yardi systems would be a distinct advantage.
