Job Title: Document Proofing Specialist
Description:
The role involves performing in-person document proofing for international clients. This process involves verifying the identity of individuals using various documents such as ID cards, passports, driver's licenses, and birth certificates.
Responsibilities:
- Validate identity documents for single and multiple applicants
- Complete forms and fax them back to clients for approval
- Schedule and perform assignments within a 4-working-day timeframe
- Communicate with clients within 24 hours to schedule appointments
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in completing forms and documentation accurately
- Ability to travel locally and conduct in-person meetings
