Document Automation Specialist

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Document Automation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining precedent documents, ensuring compliance with document style requirements and automating precedents using I-Deal Docs software.


Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and maintaining precedent documents, including styling, formatting, creating, reviewing and testing.
  • Ensuring that precedents comply with the firm's document style requirements.
  • Automating precedents using I-Deal Docs software.
  • Providing advanced word processing support to the Knowledge Management and Precedents Team, including document creation, automation and testing.
  • Conducting training in relation to precedents, templates, styles and knowledge-sharing resources as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced Microsoft Word skills and experience using other Microsoft Office products in a legal environment.
  • Experience using I-Deal Docs or other document automation software, ideally including automating documents using the software.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills.
