**Job Description:**
We are seeking a professional to provide in-person document proofing services on an international basis, with a focus on Clayton South, Victoria, Australia.
The program is for one of our Aerospace customers who enable secure information sharing, collaboration, and business process integration through a Software as a Service delivery model.
As part of this service delivery model, users require software certificates and must undergo a proofing process to obtain them. We have assumed responsibility for this process, involving field resources meeting with users to validate their identities prior to releasing activation details.
The validation process involves reviewing documents such as identify cards, passports, driver's licenses, and certified birth certificates.
The proofing process for single applicants typically takes no more than 3 hours, including local travel. For multiple applicants, an additional 30 minutes per applicant may be required.
We manage the process via a custom-designed online platform, providing details on applicants, including name, contact information, and address where the process will take place.
You would need to contact the individual within 24 hours of receiving the assignment to schedule and perform the task within 4 working days.
During the proofing process, several forms must be completed and faxed back directly to our customer for approval.
Full program details, process, and associated documents are outlined in our training documentation.
To proceed with this assignment, you will need to go through our standard screening process. Upon successful completion, you will receive access to our online training material and pass the associated test.
