Job Title: Healthcare Facility Manager

This is a dynamic leadership role, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team in a complex environment. The successful candidate will provide consistency and oversee the day-to-day management of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing workforce rosters, coordinating procurement requests, allocating resources, and ensuring workplace health and safety requirements;
  • Conducting governance and quality assurance activities;
  • Leading a small team and engaging with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for ADF members.
About Our Team:

The Joint Health Command (JHC) provides healthcare services to Australian Defence Force personnel. HMAS Stirling Health Centre offers medical, nursing, dental, physiotherapy, mental health, and rehabilitation services.

We are an integrated, multi-disciplinary team of Defence and Civilian Professionals working together to manage health service interactions.

Ideal Candidate:

A dedicated self-starter with experience in managing healthcare facilities, confident to work independently in a complex and dynamic environment. They must demonstrate sound judgment and knowledge to make informed decisions in the best interests of patients and comply with legislation, regulatory frameworks, and Defence policies.
