About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join a well-established boutique real estate agency in South Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 130 properties, providing exceptional client care and customer service to owners and tenants, and working closely with a Leasing Consultant to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a local portfolio of 130 properties, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
  • Engage in regular communication with owners and tenants, including on-site meetings and lease renewal negotiations
  • Facilitate lease renewal negotiations and manage rental arrears
  • Issue notices to tenants and attend tribunal proceedings as required
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with clients

About the Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Property Manager with a strong background in property management, excellent organizational and time management skills, and a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have:

At least 3 years of experience working as a Senior Property ManagerA current Certificate of Registration and Driver's LicenseExceptional organizational and time management skillsA strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholdersProficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
