About Site Reliability Engineering


In this role, you will be part of a team that focuses on ensuring the reliability and performance of our services. You will work closely with software and systems engineers to own and drive reliability across the stack.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team of engineers to manage availability and performance of mission-critical services.
  • Build automation to prevent problem recurrence and collaborate to deliver team objectives.
  • Work with other engineering teams to reuse and understand existing frameworks.
  • Create service level objectives that enable product reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms.
  • 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
  • Experience with Site Reliability Engineering and production infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Java, C++, and Go programming languages.
