Job Description

As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a central role in shaping the future of our organisation. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a unique opportunity to combine your financial leadership skills with a commitment to social impact.

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for:

  • Driving strategic financial planning and budgeting initiatives.
  • Overseeing payroll, administration and finance teams.
  • Ensuring transparency and accountability across our programs.
  • Supporting the management of assets and infrastructure.
  • Working closely with the CEO and Board to influence decision-making and long-term direction.
Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • CA/CPA qualification and significant experience in senior finance leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in financial planning, budgeting, and governance.
  • The ability to communicate complex financial concepts simply and with influence.
  • A collaborative leadership style, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.

  • An interest in, or understanding of, the unique challenges and strengths of remote Australia.
