**The Opportunity**
As the Retail Marketing Manager you will be driving the overall sales performs of the Band by continual improvement of the brand awareness through retail and online stores.
**Responsibilities**
- Driving Business marketing strategies and goals.
- Manage and adhere to marketing budget.
- Develop, plan and execute all campaign, content shoots, brand road show and product nights events etc.
- Work closely with key stakeholders such as Head of Buying and Planning to ensure marketing activities are aligned across the business.
- Working closely with Brand Marketing Manager to create brand activations such as window.campaigns, competitions and in store events.
- Mentor and manage retail marketing team to ensure a high functioning and high performing department.
**About you**
You will have previous retail experience, having led internal marketing teams/functions successfully as well as have experience managing external agency partners. You will be an exceptional leader with deep understanding of team dynamics, interpersonal relationships and how to inspire and nurture a high-performance culture. Proven experience managing a substantial marketing budget along with a high level of attention to detail, strong planning, organisation and time management skills and the ability to multitask, prioritise and troubleshoot.
