The Opportunity

We are seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to drive sales performance by continually enhancing brand awareness through retail and online channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and goals that align with business objectives.
  • Manage and adhere to marketing plans while driving business growth.
  • Plan, create, and execute campaigns, content shoots, brand activations, and product experiences.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure marketing activities are aligned across the business.
  • Work closely with the Brand Marketing Manager to develop brand initiatives, such as window displays, competitions, and in-store events.
  • Mentor and manage the retail marketing team to ensure a high-performing department.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have previous retail experience and a proven track record of leading internal marketing teams or functions successfully. Experience managing external agency partners is also essential. As an exceptional leader, you will possess a deep understanding of team dynamics, interpersonal relationships, and how to inspire and nurture a high-performance culture.
