The Role

We're seeking an experienced Logistics Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our transportation operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of activities, with a strong focus on customer and carrier satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer-Centric Approach:
    • Anticipate and understand customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
    • Communicate proactively with customers to provide updates on shipments, address concerns, and gather feedback.
  • Carrier Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers to ensure reliable and efficient transportation services.
    • Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions with carriers to optimize cost and service levels.
  • Problem Solving:
    • Identify and address any issues or challenges in the transportation process promptly and effectively.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and prevent recurrence.
