About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Network Analyst to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in planning, managing, and optimizing our logistics network to ensure seamless operations across all e-commerce sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing transportation data, including delivery metrics, transit times, and carrier performance, to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • Developing and deploying tools to enable efficient admin and clerical work.
  • Preparing and presenting regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the logistics network and recommendations for optimization.
  • Supporting the planning and day-to-day operation of the team by facilitating meetings, running forums, and assisting in building out quarterly targets.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (ideal but not a strict requirement).
  • Proven experience in logistics operations, transportation management, or supply chain analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Task-driven and highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Analytical background and ability to understand business needs.
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, routing systems, PowerPoint, and Google for Work Suite.
  • Proficient with or equivalent SQL, Tableau, and PowerBI.
