About the Role

This position involves conceptualizing and implementing visually compelling designs across various digital platforms. A key aspect of this role is interpreting omnichannel briefs, resulting in high-quality customer and team member experiences.

Key responsibilities include working collaboratively with content, digital, marketing, and own brand teams to deliver cohesive storytelling, brand consistency, and creative excellence.

Close communication and coordination will be necessary with designers, production artists, production managers, studio & traffic manager, and marketing stakeholders to ensure thorough understanding and interpretation of briefs for creative execution.

">

It's essential to have a strong understanding of creative development processes and timelines, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

">

Able to work effectively under pressure and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

">

Proficiency in accessibility in the design space and knowledge of retail environment and omnichannel creative execution are also required.

Deliver all creative assets on time.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience within a creative agency or similar environment
  • Exceptional portfolio of print and digital work
  • Comfortable with both print and digital design practices
  • Strong understanding of creative development processes and timelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and pivot quickly in response to shifting priorities
  • Understanding of accessibility in the design space
  • Deep understanding of the retail environment and omnichannel creative execution
