The Opportunity Overview

This position involves delivering exceptional care in a warm and nurturing environment. You will be working with residents who value your support and appreciate your presence in their lives.

As a compassionate caregiver, you will keep a watchful eye on each resident's condition and provide proactive care that enriches their daily life.

  • You will manage care plans that support residents' needs, ensuring they receive respectful, tailored support that empowers their choices and independence.
  • Ensure safe medication administration and accurately document medication plans, interventions, and progress notes.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for caring for others.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent).
  • Current AHPRA registration (Nursing).
  • Experience providing nursing services, whether in aged care, hospitals, or community care settings.
  • The ability to lead, effectively supervise, and delegate tasks to PCA/AINs.
