About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Producer to lead the editorial success of Home Beautiful and the Home Beautiful Marketplace. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ideating and producing high-quality, on-brand original content, including news and in-depth features, as well as reworking magazine content for an online audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute content strategies to drive traffic and engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create shopping content that drives revenue and supports e-commerce initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize social media assets, including Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest, to grow audiences and build brand equity.
  • Utilize analytic tools and data insights to inform content decisions and drive business results.
  • Lead by example to ensure consistency in operations and processes, and mentor less experienced team members as needed.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of writing experience in digital media.
  • Experience with content management systems, photo editing, and analytic tools.
  • Understanding and experience with different social media platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of SEO principles.
