About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts and Commercial Manager to join our team at Healthcare Professionals Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the medical technology sector, where you will play a key role in managing contracts, tenders, and pricing within the Commercial Excellence division.

The ideal candidate will have experience in contract and tender management, with a strong background in the MedTech/ Medical Devices industry. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing tender submissions, managing contracts from initiation through to completion, and implementing negotiation strategies to optimize contract outcomes.

Additionally, you will conduct pricing reviews and manage pricing data to meet business targets, ensure compliance by monitoring and reporting on contract performance, and build strong working relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Government Health stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage tender submissions
  • Manage contracts from initiation through to completion
  • Implement negotiation strategies to optimize contract outcomes
  • Conduct pricing reviews and manage pricing data to meet business targets
  • Ensure compliance by monitoring and reporting on contract performance
  • Build strong working relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Government Health stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience in Contract & Tender Management
  • MedTech/ Medical Devices industry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage time effectively

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
