The Regional Service Manager position is a leadership role that oversees a team of Field Service Engineers. The successful candidate will drive a culture of excellence, exceeding customer expectations to deliver outstanding service and accelerate business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide exceptional leadership to the team, fostering a sense of urgency and motivating engineers to meet customer needs with a focus on first-time fixes.
- Promote excellent follow-up skills to ensure timely closure of issues and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop strong communication and listening skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Drive sales ability within the team, enabling Field Service Engineers to propose and sell service agreements using value selling principles.
- Understand customer perception and commercial impacts, resolving issues in a rapid and effective manner.

**People Leadership:**

- Manage operating expenses according to set budgets and provide tools for success to associates.
- Highly skilled at employee development, including coaching, mentoring, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Create a culture of ownership and accountability, ensuring associates understand objectives and are equipped to succeed.
- Recruit top talent through detailed employee development plans and leverage cross-functional expertise to build a winning team culture.

**Requirements:**

- Inclination and ability to listen to various stakeholders and generate actionable insights.
- Successfully deliver results while adapting to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges.
- Communicate expectations regarding performance and hold people accountable for results.
- Sense of Urgency - drive action and prioritize daily activities to determine immediate attention.

**Ideal Candidate:**

Ambitious professionals with a passion for delivering exceptional service, driving sales growth, and leading high-performing teams are encouraged to apply. Tertiary qualifications in a technical or engineering discipline are preferred, but not mandatory. Equivalent experience in field service supervisory roles is essential. Unrestricted working rights in Australia/New Zealand are required.
