Exceptional customer experiences and commercially successful retail operations are at the forefront of our strategy.

We're seeking a talented leader to drive sales growth, elevate customer satisfaction, and implement best-in-class practices across Australia.

This is a hands-on role that involves coaching, developing, and problem-solving alongside Cluster Managers and Store Managers. You'll own store standards, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence in your region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In-Store Presence: Lead regular store visits to coach and develop teams for outstanding customer experiences and commercial outcomes.
  • Commercial & Performance Delivery: Own sales, wages, EBIT, expense, and trade KPI targets, driving profitable growth and disciplined cost control.
  • Customer & Brand Leadership: Ensure every store executes product storytelling, visual merchandising, and service standards that bring our brand to life.
  • Empowered Decision-Making: Take ownership of issues in the field and resolve them immediately where possible.
  • People Leadership & Capability: Build, coach, and succession-plan for Cluster Managers and Store Managers.
  • Omni Execution: Champion click-and-collect, ship-from-store, and omni processes.
  • Profit Protection & Safety: Safeguard stock, cash, and people through shrink reduction, loss prevention, and WHS standards.
  • Process & Policy Execution: Embed consistency across sales, operations, and compliance.
  • Retail Innovation & Strategy: Identify opportunities for retail innovation and contribute to shaping strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Escalate issues and insights from the field to Support Office teams.
