Job Overview

Our team is seeking a skilled professional to manage portfolio reporting for Funds Finance, ensuring compliance with processes and deadlines. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various workflow streams between CME Funds, Portfolio Management and Technology, conducting research and analysis to develop industry/sector expertise and knowledge, and attending internal and external stakeholders' meetings where appropriate to support business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage workflow streams between CME Funds, Portfolio Management and Technology to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop in-depth knowledge of the funds sector.
  • Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders to provide expert advice and support business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Excel skills and PowerPoint (medium to advanced).
  • Experience in automating data processes and working with financial data.
  • Excellent time management tools and techniques to deliver work within required timelines.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to quickly grasp new concepts and systems.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
