**THE ROLE**

The Portfolio Reporting Analyst is a key enabling role within the Technology Management Office (TMO), responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making and governance across Information Technology Services (ITS) strategic portfolios. This role combines strong analytical capabilities, administrative precision, and stakeholder coordination to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of ITS initiatives.

The Portfolio Reporting Analyst provides expert training and administration of the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool (Zeno), enabling ITS teams to manage projects efficiently and consistently. Through robust reporting, the role transforms complex data into actionable insights that inform operational and strategic decisions.

A core function of this role is coordinating the ITS corporate governance framework, including the expert facilitation of governance forums to support informed decision-making and accountability. Additionally, the role leads the coordination of annual and mid-year portfolio planning cycles, ensuring that portfolio demand and resource allocation are strategically aligned with ITS's overarching goals.

Ultimately, this role is critical to driving operational excellence, fostering transparency, and contributing to the long-term success of the organisation.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**

**PPM Tool (Zeno) Management, Training & Reporting**
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs on the effective use of Zeno for various user groups (e.g., project managers, strategic advisor, Portfolio managers), ensuring high adoption rates and user proficiency.
- Act as the primary administrator for Zeno for DFFH Projects and Portfolio, including user access management, and liaising with eHeath Shared Services for support and issues escalation.
- Design, generate, and distribute comprehensive reports from Zeno, providing actionable insights into portfolio performance, project status, resource utilisation, and financials.
