Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining confidence in both brand and product, ensuring customer needs are met and staff are sufficiently trained.

They will oversee the operation of the Brisbane workshop, ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and safety standards.

The role reports directly to the Branch / Operations Manager and is based in our QLD branch.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Liaise with Sales to ensure timely and mutually agreed delivery dates
  • Liaise with customers internally and externally regarding job progress, concerns, or queries
  • Inspect vehicles to ensure they are free from damage or defects
  • Assist in preparing vehicles for PDI's and new vehicle preparations based on Customer Specifications supplied by Sales
  • Coordinate third-party contractors
  • Conduct and coordinate warranty repairs according to Factory procedures and requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with government regulations related to vehicles
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable workshop
  • Pursue client feedback regarding product/service quality
  • Resolve issues and complaints concerning purchased products or services
  • Develop and maintain good work relationships with clients to facilitate increased patronage and revenue
  • Monitor contract details to notify clients of pending expiration and assist with renewal
  • Supervise and coordinate customer service operations to ensure clients receive appropriate attention according to set customer service standards
  • Assist in developing and optimizing support and service processes, tools, and systems
  • Oversight of all post-sales services provided to clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide periodic reports to management on after-sales activities
  • Ensure compliance with all general and company policies when performing job duties
