
Insurance Claims Manager

We are seeking experienced professionals to manage end-to-end claims processing for a reputable organisation in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of claims processing online and over the phone until completion.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with diverse clients, including professionals, individuals, or property owners.
- Process claims for damages, collate records, claim spreadsheets, and data.
- Take high volumes of inbound calls and manage policies and procedures.
- Meet legislative, business, and administrative requirements, as well as specified timeframes and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a phone-based customer service environment.
- Previous claims or customer care experience in financial services (banking; insurance) preferred.
- Experience in fast-paced environments, proficiency in communication skills, and solid data entry and organisational skills.
- Proficient with computers and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Reliability, adaptability, and punctuality.
