Job Title: Parts Coordinator

Our team is seeking a skilled Parts Coordinator to act as the first point of contact for customers. This role involves addressing customer needs and issues promptly, while providing exceptional service and support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing parts interpretation and provision of required parts.
  • Processing and receiving orders and quotes in a timely manner.
  • Advising on part suitability and communicating with customers to find the best solution for the job.
  • Receiving and processing paperwork, handling transactions, and assisting walk-in customers.
  • Organising daily freight delivery and working closely with office and service departments.
  • Accountability for all parts counted in and out of the branch.
Requirements:
  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Parts interpreter experience in an Automotive or similar industry.
  • Customer service and effective communication skills.
  • Engine knowledge is an advantage.
  • Ability to learn new software and processes.
  • High attention to detail with prioritisation and troubleshooting skills.
  • Forklift ticket desirable.
  • Valid car driver's license required.
